Rick Gillis Job Search Counseling Service Agreement

A. Terms & Conditions

1. Client agrees to pay a rate of $75 per HR in advance for services to be provided to client.

2. All counseling and job search prep will occur by phone and email. In-person and on-site counseling can be made available by special arrangement with all expenses paid by client.

BB. Confidentiality

I agree to protect all client data and information including but not limited to the following: client names and files, services, fee schedules, names of employees, employers, processes, publications, proprietary data and information, and any information obtained in training and during the client's job search.
C. Guarantee
1.      Rick Gillis guarantees to deliver the skills, tools and techniques that willl provide client with best-in-class job search capability. Client will make all efforts to be available for scheduled sessions.
2.      Rick Gillis makes no promise or guarantee of job placement.
3.      Client understands no guarantee of employment is made by Rick Gillis or The Really Useful Job Company.
4. Client understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to apply the techniques learned and that Rick Gillis is not a placement agency or executive headhunter in anyway engaged in procuring client employment.
5. Rick Gillis will do his best to honor all scheduled appointments. However client understands that working one-on-one such appointments may necessarily need to be modified on occasion as a result of Rick Gillis' business schedule.
6. Appointments shall be mutually set and conducted until such time that Rick Gillis and client mutually determine the work "at hand" is accomplished.
